Worked Example
An employee with a daily rate of ₱1,000.00 (hourly rate of ₱125.00) works on a Regular Holiday for 8 regular hours, 2 overtime hours, and 4 night differential hours:
- Base Holiday Pay (first 8 hours): ₱125.00 × 200% × 8 hours = ₱2,000.00.
- Overtime Pay: ₱125.00 × 260% × 2 hours = ₱650.00.
- Night Differential: ₱125.00 × 200% × 10% × 4 hours = ₱100.00.
- Total Compensation: ₱2,000.00 + ₱650.00 + ₱100.00 = ₱2,750.00.
